My name is Alan, and I’m the owner of Portland Refresh. I’ve spent half my life in Portland, Oregon, and the other half in the Bay Area, California — two places that shaped my love for clean design, meticulous detail, and a job done right.

My passion for car detailing began as a teenager, spending weekends perfecting the shine on my own car long before it became a business. Years later, as a husband and father of three kids, I’ve had plenty of real-world experience restoring cars that have seen their share of life — from spilled drinks and muddy shoes to daily commutes and road trips.
